Dr. Nico Russotto is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. They completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado-Boulder. Their professional interests are soft tissue surgery, wound repair and management and emergency medicine. They have worked at several ERs around the country as a Travel ER Veterinarian and is now happy to call Ithaca and VCA Colonial home while their wife completes her residency at Cornell. Dr. Russotto and their wife enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, rock climbing, backpacking and cross country skiing. They have four cats: Pretty Cat, Indigo, Bibi, and Gus Gus; and a big lazy hound dog, Rutabaga. Their family is excited to explore all the beauty that New York and the Finger Lakes region have to offer.
