Dr. Suther grew up in Redding, California, attended Enterprise High School and Shasta College. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, Davis and also his DVM degree there in 1988. Other than one year in practice in Fresno, California, he has practiced his entire career in the Redding area. He joined VCA Companion in November 1993.
