Dr. Price was born and raised in Weston, Florida, a vibrant city just northwest of Miami. Growing up near the Florida Everglades, he developed an early appreciation for the region's diverse wildlife and rich cultural landscape. This upbringing sparked a lifelong passion for animals and a deep curiosity about the natural world.
Before earning his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, Dr. Price began his career with a strong interest in exotic and zoological medicine. His early experience includes working with avian species, volunteering at a wolf preserve, and exploring the care of wildlife in more specialized settings.
While attending the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Price discovered a deep connection to companion animal medicine. He found great fulfillment in being able to support pets and their families—combining his clinical skills with meaningful community engagement.
Dr. Price's professional interests include dentistry and urgent care, where he is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate treatment to his patients.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Price stays active by playing soccer, surfing, hiking, and enjoying time at the beach. He also appreciates downtime, whether it's watching movies, gaming, or spending time with his beloved cat, Nala. One of his favorite shows to unwind with is Alone, the survival-based reality series.
