Jennifer joined the VCA Marshalltown team in October 2022. She started in the veterinary field in 2004 and has worked in multiple roles from reception to veterinary assistant to manager. She is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with her MBA in Organizational Development and is also a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. Jennifer also manages the VCA Avondale Veterinary Hospital location in Des Moines.

Jennifer believes strongly in the human-animal bond and wants to make sure that both you and your furry family members have the best experience possible while at VCA Marshalltown. She has seen her dachshund through back surgery and her cat through urinary issues, and is always willing to listen and support you with your pet.

In her time off, Jennifer enjoys spending time relaxing with her pets and reading, watching scary movies, or whipping up a new recipe.
