After graduating with her vet tech degree from DMACC, Kathleen became a team member at VCA Marshalltown Animal Hospital in 2014. She is passionate about seeing all the different species of animals that clients bring into our hospital and she has special interests in feline medicine, surgery, and exotic medicine.

When not at work, Kathleen enjoys exploring with her two dogs "Cleia" and "Elvin," reading, and running. In addition to her two dogs, Kathleen shares her home with two rats, "Poplar" and "Brixton," and 8 cats: "Eleanor Rigby," "Bridget," "Clark," "Mr. Pinkerton," "Orange Cat," "Flare," "Baby C," and "Flint."
