Glenda began her career working with animals in 2009 at a dog daycare facility, where she developed a strong understanding of canine behavior and the daily needs of pets in a group environment. That early experience deepened her appreciation for the bond people share with their animals and inspired her to pursue a career focused on supporting both pets and the families who care for them.
She joined VCA North Rockville Animal Hospital in 2011 as a part-time receptionist and quickly discovered how much she valued helping clients navigate their pet’s care. Over time, she gained extensive experience working alongside the hospital team and understanding how each role contributes to a positive client experience, eventually growing into her leadership role as hospital manager.

Through that connection with clients, Glenda has built meaningful, long-term relationships with both pets and their families. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch pets grow from puppy or kittenhood into their senior years, while also supporting clients as they become more confident and knowledgeable in caring for their pets over time.
