Megan received her BS in kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2006 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Master of Public Health from Emory University in 2010. She has worked in a variety of human physical therapy settings including hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient clinics and internationally, in Guatemala and Haiti. She has always loved animals and after watching her own dogs work through mobility challenges, decided to pursue additional training in canine rehabilitation. She received her certification as a Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner in 2021 from The University of TN College of Veterinary Medicine. Megan is currently pursuing an associate's in veterinary technology from Penn Foster College, to enhance her work in canine rehabilitation. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, their two cats and three dogs, who patiently participate in many a home workout session. She is passionate about fitness, wellness and maximizing quality of life for all creatures.
