Trauma Center

We are very excited to announce that VCA Veterinary Specialists of the Valley has been verified as a trauma center by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care!

With this distinction, we have joined a network of 24 veterinary hospitals around the globe that have been recognized for demonstrating exceptional standards of care and having necessary resources, facilities and staff capable of handling every aspect of small animal trauma patient management.

These trauma hospitals are also leaders in education for the veterinary community and we participate in a network-wide database to provide information and facilitate collaboration with other hospitals to help develop evidence-based guidelines to help improve survival and continue to advance trauma patient care.
