Dr. Maya Henning grew up in Tampa, Florida, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Integrative Animal Biology and a minor in Sociology. She later went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida before making the cross-country move to Washington.
Dr. Henning has a clinical interest in dentistry, preventive care, and alternative medicine. She believes in practicing individualized patient care and collaborating with families to provide the best care possible for their pets.
In her spare time, she loves hiking, exploring new places to eat, playing with her four cats at home, and being an amateur DJ.
