Larry started his career path in animal medicine in 1998 when he began volunteering at Monkey Jungle in Miami, and remained a volunteer until 2007. He was then offered a position at Miami Beach Animal Hospital where he gained veterinary technician experience, along with gaining experiences in physical and massage therapy for pets. Larry moved back to the Chicagoland area in 2008 and worked in various clinics, until he joined our team at VCA Berwyn Animal Hospital. Larry has completed his studies at University of Illinois-Chicago campus, as well as Florida International University. He majored in biology and anthropology. During his off time, his favorite pastimes are running, bowling, traveling, and hanging out with his scruffy dog, Atticus!
