Melissa started her career with the VCA family in 2002 as a CSR with our VCA Berwyn team. In 2007, Melissa moved on to join our team of CSRs at VCA Arboretum View Animal Hospital. During her 14-year tenure at VCA Arboretum View, she juggled various titles and responsibilities. The last several years were spent at VCA Arboretum View as CSR Supervisor. In August 2021, Melissa re-joined the VCA Berwyn Team as CSR Supervisor and quickly moved into her current role as Hospital Manager. Melissa is married with 3 small dogs. Melissa and her husband, David, enjoy traveling and time spent with their fur kids and family.
