Adriana Fisher, Medical Director

Dr. Adriana Fisher is Alaskan born and raised. Originally from Ketchikan, Alaska Dr. Fisher grew up between Southwest Alaska and Northwest Washington State. She spent many days on a commercial fishing boat and loved camping on the various islands in Southeast Alaska. Dr Fisher graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary degree from North Carolina State University in 2011 before venturing back to Alaska. Dr. Fisher has a special interest Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and 2 years ago became certified in acupuncture. Dr. Fisher in one of 2 DVMs at VCA Big Lake with additional training to treat exotic species including, small companion birds, small mammals and turtles. When not at the hospital Dr. Fisher enjoys spending time with her family including her 3 dogs. She enjoys most arts and craft projects, running, swimming, hiking and camping.
