Sonja joined Closter Animal Hospital in 2007 as a Client Service Representative and was promoted to Hospital Manager in 2016. Sonja is a native of Germany and moved to the United States in 2004 where she pursued her dream of working with animals. She is currently studying and working towards earning her CVPM accreditation.

Sonja enjoys traveling, playing tennis, reading, music, attending concerts and going for hikes with her dog, Nesta, a rescued Beagle mix, who generally joins her at work every day.
