JoAnn joined the VCA Family in 2009 as a Veterinary Technician, then Technician Supervisor, before assuming the role as Hospital Manager here at VCA Countryside. JoAnn has a 13-year-old son, 2 dogs named Tori and Maggie, and a cat named Bullet. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time out in the boat on the lake, traveling, and cooking/baking.
