A Wealth of Veterinary Experience at Your Service!

At VCA Animal Hospital, we look forward to welcoming you, your dog, cat and other pets. Everyone on our staff believes that the better we get to know your pets, the better we can provide the best possible health care for them. In fact, when you come in, you'll see exactly why our veterinarians are praised for their kind and thorough care. We'll give you and your pet all the time you need, and never rush through an exam. We'll also carefully track the course of your pet's care, which is so important to your pet's long-term health.

In every case, you'll be served by experienced, knowledgeable members of our staff. Our veterinarians, veterinary technicians and other pet-friendly personnel are trained to the highest standards. Their knowledge of the latest veterinary medicines and procedures ensures that all our pet patients get the best in prevention and healing methods.
Hometown Care at VCA Spring Animal Hospital

Spring Animal Hospital was originally founded in 1976 and has been a part of the Spring community ever since. Located on the original plot since that time, our hospital was acquired by VCA in 1997. VCA Spring is a vibrant, multi-doctor practice, with Dr. Dave Kasper, Dr. Hope Atkinson, and Dr. Mary Green on staff, caring for small animals such as dogs and cats. We are absolutely committed to ensuring that your pet receives top quality medicine and that you experience excellent service during every visit. Our hospital has been a part of the American Animal Hospital Association since 1984. An AAHA designation is given to only 12% of veterinary practices throughout the United States and Canada who are specifically recognized for having made this commitment to excellence. Our hospital offers Comprehensive Wellness Care including our NEW CareClub Wellness plans! In addition to our commitment to pet wellness, we are fully equipped with digital traditional and dental radiology, and Ultrasound diagnostics. Our doctors, Dr. Kasper, Dr. Hope, and Dr. Green combine 44 years of veterinary experience, all aimed to ensure that your furry family member stays happy and healthy for years to come. Lastly, our dedicated team includes hard-working and knowledgeable support personnel with an average longevity of 6.5 years in veterinary medicine. This ensures that our pet owners, our furry friends and our doctors have dedicated support throughout our hospital.

As an accredited hospital, we voluntarily uphold the Association's high standards in 18 different areas and are routinely evaluated on over 900 different standards of veterinary care.
