Dr. Tabone grew up in DeSoto and graduated from DeSoto High School. He worked for DeSoto Animal Hospital while attending high school and college. Dr. Tabone is a 1993 graduate of the Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, he worked at DeSoto Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian, until moving into the role of Medical Director in 1998. Dr. Tabone enjoys his time off with his wife, Kate, and daughter, Dr. Amanda Tabone (now an associate veterinarian at a sister VCA hospital), along with their four-legged pets, Ethel Rose, Franklin and Daisy. He enjoys fishing as often as possible.
