Dr. Samantha Brueckner attended veterinary school at Kansas State University where she had a special focus on small animals and exotic medicine. She learned interesting techniques, and has some fun stories, from her externships at multiple zoos. She and her husband moved from the Midwest in 2023 and have enjoyed all that Maine has to offer, especially the beach, hiking, and the amazing food. Her soul dog, Yin-Yang, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma within the last year. He has been doing great and Dr. Brueckner has used this opportunity to learn more about caring for aging dogs and pets going through cancer treatments. She looks forward to meeting you and your beloved animals, with fur, scales, and feathers.
