My name is Lisa and I chose to work in the field of veterinary medicine for many reasons. Overall it has allowed me to pursue my strong desire to help animals and to follow my love for science and medicine. I enjoy working with people and providing education on animal care and training. Working at VCA Tri-County has allowed me to pursue the issues I feel passionate about, such as improving the welfare of animals at risk for abuse and neglect, as well as reducing the problem of companion animal overpopulation. I always knew that working with animals was something that I wanted to do. I would have to say, I truly love my job and the veterinary field!
