Dr. Fitzpatrick is originally from Wisconsin, however, she went to veterinary school at Ross University in Saint Kitts. After leaving the island, she was fortunate to return home for her clinical year at the University of Wisconsin veterinary teaching hospital. She then went on to complete a rotating internship at VCA Aurora and Berwyn outside of Chicago. From there she traveled to Colorado to complete a residency in Internal Medicine at Colorado State University.
She and her husband have three cats, who are well traveled and survived moving to the Caribbean and back! They also have an island dog, jokingly known as a coconut retriever, who they rescued while on the island.
Being from Wisconsin, she is an avid fan of the Packers and the Badgers. When she can find some spare time, she enjoys live music, trivia, trying new restaurants and reading.
