Jade has been a part of our VCA team since November 6 of 2007, however, her love for animals began before she can even remember. She spent her childhood caring for the family pets, including geese, chickens, goats, rabbits and turtles. She would even mend the injured wildlife. As a veterinary assistant, she loves enrichment, and caring for animals as if they were her own. She has a unique ability to understand individual needs for each and every pet. This stems from caring for 15 pets at her own home; two dogs, six cats, two rabbits, three Lovebirds, a turtle and a beta fish. She also takes great interest in the wildlife, loves nature walks, bird watching, and camping.
