Associate Veterinarian
DVM
My love of animals started at the age of 8 when my parents bought me my very first pet, a small white bunny named Snowball, with the understanding I would join 4-H to learn how to take care of her. From that day forward 4-H and animals became a huge part of my life.
I grew up in Concord Township and attended Riverside High School. Knowing that I was interested in becoming a veterinarian, I earned undergraduate degrees in Animal Science and Biology at the University of Findlay. In January 2017 I began classes at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in beautiful St. Kitts. After living in the Caribbean for 2.5 years, I elected to complete my clinical year closer to home and family at Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. My favorite clinical rotations at MSU were Radiology and Internal Medicine.
Outside of work, I am a serial hobbyist and am always finding new ways to keep busy. When I have down time I can be found spending time with my family or relaxing with my 2 dogs, Chief and Bebe, and my cat, Penny.
