Dawn is our specialty surgery and internal medicine records and scheduling liaison. She works very closely with these teams to collect referral information and ensure that clients are prepared for their consultations. Dawn also manages the cancellation lists for these departments and prioritizes those waiting to be seen. After specialty surgery visits, she makes sure the referral reports go out promptly.
