Client Service Supervisor

Cherriaunna Karow joined VCA Companion Animal in 2021. She shares her love and compassion for all animals. Cherriauuna is our customer service lead and our CareClub champion. She enjoys helping her team and community provide the best care for pets. She is also in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Program working towards her lifetime goal as a registered veterinary technician. On her days off Cherriaunna enjoys going hiking and traveling adventures with her pets and family.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
