Since 2010, April has built her career in veterinary medicine, working primarily as a client service representative while also gaining experience in veterinary assisting. She served as lead CSR at Delta Oaks Animal Hospital before stepping into a new role as reception manager in the Large Animal Department at Oregon State University. After two years, she finds herself back at VCA Delta Oaks!
What she enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to help people while supporting the health and well-being of their animals. Being part of the connection between pets, their families, and the veterinary team has been a rewarding part of her career.
Outside of work, she enjoys mushroom hunting, hiking, traveling, and creating handmade soaps.
