Dr. Sandy Tisdelle was born and raised in Fleming Island (before there was even a Publix here)! She graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After veterinary school, she did a one-year small animal internship at LSU and then moved to Charlotte, NC where she was a general practitioner for 11 years. She and her family moved back home to Florida in 2023 and are loving it. Her areas of interest include dermatology and surgery, but she enjoys all the varieties of general practice. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband and two sons going to parks, the pool, getting on the river, and cheering on the Gators. She enjoys music, gardening, and reading.
