Dr. Rachel Griffith graduated from North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and completed an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital in 1994. Most recently with Tender Care Animal Hospital in San Rafael, Dr. Griffith joined our staff in September, 2019. She loves all aspects of general practice, with special interests in anesthesia and pain management, and a special fondness for geriatric patient care. Daily practice is focused on making each animal's visit as stress free as possible, while addressing health and wellness in a way that is best for each individual pet and family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Kevin; hiking with dogs, Synapse and Marvel; and riding her draft cross mare, Daphne.
