Dr. Ball is a native of the Hudson Valley having grown up in neighboring Rockland County. He received his B.A. from Haverford College. He then attended and graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. After which he completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Bay Area Veterinary Specialist in San Leandro, CA. Following that he worked as an emergency doctor in Massachusetts before returning to Tufts for advanced training as an Emergency and Critical Care intern. His professional interests include trauma, fluid therapy and CPR. He lectures on CPR to staff at Katonah Bedford and to local veterinary hospitals.
Dr. Ball has been caring for pets at Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center since 2010. In addition to his duties at KBVC, Dr. Ball also serves on the Veterinary Advisory Board for the Wolf Education and Research Center in Winchester, ID.
