Andrew brings more than a decade of leadership experience in behavioral support and team management to his role. Prior to joining veterinary medicine, he spent over eleven years working in the school system and behavioral health field, supporting individuals with disabilities and leading large teams. This background shaped his calm, patient approach to leadership and reinforced the importance of empathy, communication, and trust, values he brings into the hospital every day.
