Kathryn Ngoma is the hospital administrator at VCA Orange County Veterinary Specialists. She started working in the veterinary field as a senior in high school. She completed OCROP (Orange County Regional Occupational Program) to become a veterinary assistant and worked at several Hospitals as both front office and back office staff in the Orange County area. While enjoying the technical side of hospitals, she really preferred helping the owners more directly and moved to the front office permanently. She was hired at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital as a phone operator in June of 2006, eventually becoming the phone operator lead and then moving to office management in 2011. She joined VCA Orange County Veterinary Specialists in April of 2016. She is happy to be back in Orange County and thrilled to be part of the great team in place at VCA OCVS.
Kathryn has a son and a step-daughter. She and her husband have three pets at home, Sulley (an English Yellow Lab who thinks he is a tiny Yorkie), Chomper (a Red Eared Slider (turtle) who believes he is a dog), and Tiko (a society finch who loves to sing).
