Dr. Soderholm grew up in Minnesota and Oregon before moving to Healdsburg as a freshman in high school. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Sonoma State University before attending the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she completed a 1-year internship in San Diego and has a special interest in emergency medicine and dentistry.

Dr. Soderholm lives in Santa Rosa with her husband, two children, two indoor cats, and a dog. They spend much of their time gardening and home remodeling. She enjoys scuba diving and traveling.
