Blake Wilson, originally from Santa Rosa, initially started pursuing a degree in human nursing, but they fell in love with veterinary medicine along the way. They have held several positions, starting as a kennel technician in 2011 and as a technician in several departments/roles. Blake is a registered veterinary technician (RVT), and is Fear Free Certified, meaning they have taken extra training in alleviating fear, anxiety, and stress in pets. You can read more about this at https://fearfreepets.com. Blake is one of our technician supervisors, and they love helping our team members grow in their leadership and technical skills.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys hiking, cooking, playing pool, and video games. They have two pets; a long hair cat named Luna, and Honey, a mixed-breed dog.
