Dr. McNeil grew up right here in El Cajon, on the McNeil Arabian Horse Farm, where her family raised Arabian horses in Granite Hills. She now resides in Crest with her family, including her chihuahua, Stitch; her cat, Shimano (aka Keekeelee); and an undisclosed number of chickens. She enjoys gardening, crafting, spending time outdoors with all its flora and fauna, and learning new things.
Dr. McNeil is excited to return to the VCA RSDAH family once again—she began her veterinary journey here as a veterinary assistant over 25 years ago! Along with the dedicated team, she is passionate about helping improve the lives of your beloved pets, from furry to feathered and scaly.
