Jessica graduated from Mercy College with a B.S. in Veterinary Technology in May 2006. She went on to pass her state licensing exam becoming a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) in June 2006.
Jessica started at Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center in June 2005. She has worked as an LVT in both ER and Specialty Services. In November 2019, Jessica followed her aspiration of becoming a hospital director, and moved to the front desk where she was the Client Service Representative Supervisor. In addition to her role of CSR Supervisor, Jessica continued her role as Clinical Studies Coordinator, which she began 2009. In October of 2020, Jessica became certified as a Compassion Fatigue Professional. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, and although she misses being hands on with the patients, she really enjoys her administrative role.
In May 2021, she joined the regional family of certified Catapult facilitators, and is the Penn Foster success coach for her home region of NES2. She currently works at VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, especially watching her oldest daughter cheer, her son play baseball, and her youngest daughter dance.
