Natosha was raised in Kentucky, moved to Florida in 2024, and joined the VCA family in 2025. She has always had a passion for helping others and animals. Natosha has also had a variety of pets that include dogs, cats, pigs, rabbits, an aquatic salamander and reptiles.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our client service representatives and receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
