Jillian Williams is the hospital manager at VCA Animal Care Associates in Colonial Heights, VA, where she focuses on supporting the veterinary and client care teams while creating a welcoming, organized environment for clients and their pets. Since joining the hospital in March 2022, she has worked to strengthen hospital operations and help ensure every visit reflects the hospital’s commitment to compassionate care and clear communication.
Jillian has been part of the VCA family since 2016 and brings more than 14 years of experience in veterinary medicine. Her career has been rooted in general practice, where she developed a deep appreciation for the relationships that form between veterinary teams, pets, and the families who care for them.

Outside of the hospital, Jillian enjoys spending time caring for animals on her farm. That lifelong connection to animals has shaped the patience, responsibility, and respect for animal care that continue to influence her work in veterinary medicine.
