Tobi has been a valued member of the team at VCA Animal Healing Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, since 2002. As one of the first friendly faces clients meet when they arrive, Tobi plays an important role in creating the welcoming and supportive experience that defines the hospital. With more than two decades of experience in client service, she helps families feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their pet’s care from the very first interaction.

She believes that the client experience is an essential part of healing. By listening carefully, answering questions, and guiding pet owners through each step of their visit, Tobi helps create an environment where both pets and their families feel at ease.

Over the years, Tobi has developed a deep understanding of the hospital’s holistic approach to pet care and the ways integrative therapies can support traditional veterinary medicine. She often helps clients navigate appointments and understand the range of services available, ensuring every visit feels smooth, thoughtful, and personalized.

Her calm presence, attention to detail, and dedication to client communication help ensure pets and their families receive the support they need throughout their experience at the hospital.

Tobi also brings a personal passion for dogs to her work. Her experience showing Australian Shepherds has deepened her understanding of canine health, structure, and behavior. Through years of dedication and hands-on experience, she has guided two of her dogs to champion titles.
