Allison is the lead client service representative at VCA Animal Healing Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, where she helps create the welcoming and supportive experience that clients and pets encounter from the moment they arrive. In her leadership role at the front desk, Allison works closely with both clients and team members to ensure each visit begins smoothly and that families feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their pet’s care.
She believes that exceptional veterinary care begins with clear communication and trust. By guiding clients through appointments, answering questions, and helping coordinate care, Allison plays an important role in making every visit a positive experience for pets and the people who love them.

Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from Penn State University and is certified in Pet First Aid. Her early work caring for pocket pets and reptiles sparked her interest in veterinary medicine and gave her hands-on experience supporting animals through illness and recovery.
She joined VCA Animal Healing Center as a client service representative and grew into her current leadership role through her dedication to client service and team collaboration. Today, she supports front-desk operations while helping ensure clear communication between clients, doctors, and the client care team.
Allison enjoys building long-term relationships with families and finds it especially rewarding to watch pets grow over the years while caring for the Langhorne community and surrounding Bucks County families. From first puppy and kitten visits to lifelong wellness care, she takes pride in being a familiar and reassuring presence for clients returning to the hospital.
