Dr. Harre received her Bachelor's and DVM degree from Mississippi State University, both of which she received in just 7 years.  She joined the VCA family working in Maryland at Three Notch VCA, prior to this she practiced in Virginia for 15 years. We are excited she will be joining our VCA Appalachian family as our newest Medical Director. Dr. Harre enjoys the variety of challenges provided by veterinary medicine, especially dentistry and surgery. She also has a special interest in exotic pets.

Dr. Harre has relocated to Ellijay with her husband, Andy, two of her three children, and a small zoo consisting of fish, lizards, chickens, cats and dogs. Dr. Harre enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, canoeing and traveling. She enjoys visiting her daughter and granddaughter, and places like New York City, Las Vegas and Costa Rica.
