Sarah is a veterinary assistant at VCA AVH Animal Hospital in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, where she supports patient care and helps create meaningful connections between pets and the people who love them. She is passionate about making each visit feel supportive, educational, and centered around the unique bond every client shares with their pet.
Sarah joined the AVH team in June of 2003 and has spent more than two decades building relationships with pets and their families. She is especially interested in dentistry and the role it plays in a pet’s overall health and comfort, and she enjoys helping clients better understand how dental care supports long-term wellness.

What Sarah values most about her role is the connection she builds with both pets and their families. She finds fulfillment in supporting that relationship and helping clients feel more confident in how they care for their pets at home.
She approaches each interaction with a focus on education and connection, taking time to explain care in a way that feels clear and approachable. By helping clients understand what their pet needs and why it matters, she supports both better outcomes and stronger relationships.
