Originally from Dover, Ohio, Dr. Scott Brown is excited to bring his passion for pet care to the team, having joined VCA in July 2026. What Dr. Brown loves most about his job is the opportunity to bring peace of mind to pet owners during every visit.
Dr. Brown earned his veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018, completing his clinical year at The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Professionally, he has a keen interest in dentistry and ultrasound technology, and enjoys dabbling with beekeeping as part of his unique veterinary pursuits.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Brown is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golfing, hiking, birding, and fishing. When he's not exploring nature, you might find him playing computer games or spending quality time with his faithful companion, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Calvin.
