Dr. Yen attended Texas A&M University where she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree with honors. Afterward, she went on to complete an internship in Chicago where she received additional training with board certified specialists.

Dr. Yen has a special interest in internal medicine cases but her ultimate passion is helping everyone to live their best lives. She strives to make each visit stress free and approachable for everyone--dogs, cats, and their people alike.

Outside of work, Dr. Yen enjoys hiking and exploring this country’s beautiful national parks with her husband. At home, she enjoys drawing and painting with Mimi, the mini rescue poodle, and Patches, the retired clinic kitty, to keep her company.
