Ashley joined VCA with over 10 years of leadership experience and a strong background in operations, customer service, retail, and dental office management. She completed general studies at Burnsville High School and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Hennepin Technical College.
Ashley is excited to begin her journey with VCA because working with animals has always been a passion of hers. Growing up surrounded by cats, dogs, and hamsters helped shape her deep love for animal care and her commitment to helping both pets and their owners feel supported and welcomed.
At home, Ashley spends time with her 5-year-old English Bulldog, Oscar, whom she proudly describes as her favorite couch potato companion.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys attending live music events during the summer, cooking and trying new recipes inspired by the Food Network, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings during football season—SKOL VIKES!
Her professional goal is to help elevate the standard of care by ensuring excellent customer service, compassionate treatment for animals, and clear communication with pet owners while building strong relationships within the community.
