Deb Turyna

Hospital Manager

Deb began her career in the veterinary field in June 2008, working as a lead receptionist at a local general practice hospital. After relocating in 2011, she joined VCA Arboretum View Animal Hospital as a Client Service Representative. In 2012, Deb transitioned into the role of Emergency and Critical Care Coordinator, where she played a key role in building and supporting her team. Her leadership and dedication led her to join the hospital's management team, where she became the Care Coordinator Supervisor in 2021, and in February 2023, was given the opportunity to step into the role of Hospital Office Manager. In March 2024, Deb's career in management led her to apply for, and accept, the position of Hospital Manager at VCA Bolingbrook Animal Hospital.

Throughout her career, Deb has found fulfillment in each position she's held. She is passionate about advocating for animals and believes in giving a voice to the voiceless. Deb especially values the client service aspect of her work—being there for clients during both their most difficult and most joyful moments.

Outside of work, Deb enjoys spending time with her husband, their two adult children, and their beloved pets—including two very spirited Chihuahuas, who always keep things interesting.

In her free time, you'll find Deb tending to her many houseplants, working in the yard, or enjoying motorcycle rides with her husband.
