Dr. Mikalyna Toenies is a 2020 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the doctor team at VCA Chanhassen Animal Hospital as of May 26th, 2020. She has, however, been part of the Chanhassen team since 2011 when she was hired as a kennel attendant and Veterinary Assistant.

Dr. Toenies has lived in the Chanhassen area all her life. She is from Eden Prairie, MN, and is excited to have the opportunity to practice near "home." She has a strong interest in dermatology, behavior, and rehab.

She is the proud mom of two German Shepherd Dogs named Serling and Talbot. When not working, she enjoys running, hiking, playing the ukulele, and spending a nice afternoon on a brewery patio.
