Dr. Keene joined the Chemung Valley team in 2025 after graduating from The Ohio State University. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, and feline medicine. When she isn't caring for our patients at Chemung Valley, she works at spay and neuter clinics at animal shelters and humane societies around central New York.
Dr. Keene loves baking sourdough bread, trying new recipes from her cookbook, collecting jigsaw puzzles, and boating on the lake during nice summer days. She and her fiancé, Conner, have three cats, Noya, Toby, and Dill, who love to keep them on their toes.
The greatest part of her job is being able to form daily connections with pets and their people, while having the opportunity to make a real, positive impact on their lives.
