Dani Burton has been a Veterinary Assistant with VCA Choptank Animal Hospital since May 2021. Having had an interest in working with animals from a young age, she recently found her calling with veterinary medicine. Dani is working on her veterinary technician associate degree at Penn Foster and is expected to graduate by 2024. She has been in the field for going on 2 years, enjoying each new experience and learning everything she can.

She now lives in Dorchester County, MD, where she grew up and loves serving her community through veterinary medicine and pet sitting. Dani lives with her two children, 4 cats (Eevee, Luna, Winx and Nora) and their dog Willow. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children hiking and going to the park. She also enjoys watching "The Office," anime and using her Nintendo Switch.
