Nicole is from Staten Island, NY, where she lived for almost 26 years. She has always had a love for animals and wanted to be a veterinarian when she was a little girl. She rescued her first shelter dog, Lucky, in 2014 and they gained an inseparable bond immediately. This led her to working at a hospital where she gained 5+ years of veterinary experience, in addition to her 10+ years of CSR experience. That is where Nicole learned how much she truly loves veterinary medicine and knew she wanted to continue in this field. After moving to Raleigh in October 2020, she started at VCA Durant Road as a CSR, then was promoted to Office Manager after a little over a year. Nicole now has 2 rescue dogs, Lucy and Snow, and works in remembrance of her sweet angel, Lucky.
