Cassi has been with VCA Green Animal Hospital since 1996. She worked as a receptionist until 2009 when she was promoted to Hospital Manager. She and her husband have been married since 1996 and they have one adult daughter. They also have two dogs: a Puggle named Shelby and a Boston Terrier named Silas.

Outside of work, Cassi enjoys camping, riding ATVs, taking beach vacations and spending time with family and friends.
