Dr. Sieben was born and raised in New York. She completed her college education in 1977 at OSU. She is married to Paul Sieben, has three daughters, and one grandson. She worked in upstate New York as well as Boston, MA, and Miami, FL, before moving to Ohio. She owned a small practice in Lima for 8 years, and then moved to Ottawa Hills where she practiced in Perrysburg for 8 years. While she was in Perrysburg, she met Dr. Ferguson and made plans to own a practice together someday. In 1998, Dr. Sieben purchased Holly Farms from Dr. John Hannan, and added Dr. Ferguson two years later. Dr. Sieben is a member of AAHA, AVMA, OVMA, and TVMA.

When she is not working at the practice, Dr. Sieben is active in her church, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in downtown Toledo. She teaches Sunday School, sings in the choir, and enjoys helping with the Greek Festival every year. She also donates her time at Ottawa Hills Elementary School teaching and caring for the class pets.
