Laurel has always had a love for animals growing up and began working with dogs in high school. She has had part in raising three guide dogs for the blind who are now guiding the blind all across America. Laurel is currently studying at Utah State University as a part of the pre-vet program with minors in chemistry and biology as well.

When she isn't working or studying, she enjoys being outside, playing games, doing crafts, or training her current guide dog puppy, Wilshire.
